Flo State Fitness is an online training company that is here to help you train how and when you want from wherever you want! Our trainers are here to help you meet your goals through one on one training, small group training, program planning or group fitness. All programs can be built with whatever equipment you have available to you! All you need is access to zoom so we can meet and guide you through your program or group fitness class!
Not into zoom? That's OK! Our trainers can help you over e-mail to build a program that you can take home and train with on your own time.
Online Group Fitness Schedule
Our online LIVE sessions have stopped for the summer. We hope you continue to use the recorded sessions and go outside to play in the sun! Here's a look at the recorded classes we have to offer:
A bodyweight circuit class working on endurance and core with high and low intensity exercises!
Improve your range of motion and get rid of those little pains with some mobility work! Some classes we will be using a strap. Please feel free to use a belt, towel or any other alternative!
A dynamic class focusing on linking movement with the breath. Suitable for all levels- BEGINNERS WELCOME!
This class focuses on form and strength. Use bands or free weights (or any made up form of weights that add a bit extra to the movements)
Everything core! Strength, stability, and everything fun!
Leanne has been coaching within the rowing community for 10 years and draws from 15+ years as an athlete in that discipline. Leanne’s background is in Environmental Management, but made the switch to coaching after discovering this was her passion in 2011.
Within the last year she has decided to enter the fitness industry to broaden her knowledge base and continue to learn and grow as a coach. Leanne is most enthusiastic about working with adults new to fitness, exposing them to a community of like minded individuals and creating an inclusive environment for all.

Jane has been in the Fitness industry for 7 years, as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She adapts programs and group classes to suit all levels, meeting the needs of a wide range of participants, including athletes and recreational clients.
Jane also draws from her 13 years of experience in rowing as a Varsity and High Performance athlete to develop sport-specific programs for rowing and is working towards her Rowing Canada Performance Coach Certification. Jane currently coaches at the Victoria City Rowing Club in Victoria, BC Canada.

Linda has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 10 years. She has explored many different styles including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin and Restorative. She feels they all
have something good to offer and draws inspiration from them all. She also completed courses in Vipassana Meditation, one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. Linda values the many benefits of community involvement. For the past ten years, she has been a Volunteer Yoga instructor at the Tong Louie YMCA in Surrey, B.C., Canada.
Linda currently teaches Yoga for the City of Surrey and the Tong Louie YMCA in Surrey, B.C. She also teaches Chair and Relaxation Yoga at Crescent Gardens Retirement Residence.

Jane is not only a great rowing coach, but also a phenomenal fitness instructor, encouraging us to maintain our overall fitness during these Covid-restrictive winter months, with her various on-line Flo-State Fitness classes. When leading her energetic Core and Cardio classes via Zoom, Jane keeps it fun and focused, demonstrating correct technique as she's also working out with us. Jane is knowledgeable, passionate and motivating. Her routines are diverse and although some exercises may be challenging initially, I'm becoming more flexible and more energetic. I’ve been attending Jane's fitness classes for the past eight weeks and it has become part of my daily routine. The social connection with others on-line through the group sessions is an added benefit. It’s a great start to the day!
